 As part of Tender Board General Secretariat’s continuous support to its members and in an initiative to promote excellence and creativity in completing work tasks, His Excellency Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi, the Secretary General of the Tender Board, recently honoured Eng. Mohamed Yusuf Al Khajah, Chief of Qualifications in the Technical Specifications & Qualifications Department. This honour was conferred on the occasion of Eng. Al Khajah’s receiving the award for the ideal employee for the year 2023, in recognition of his dedication to his job duties and his outstanding contributions to improving work quality and performance levels at the Tender Board.

On this occasion, His Excellency Eng. Al Alawi affirmed the General Secretariat commitment to enhancing employees value through support, encouragement for excellence, and continuous development. Recognizing exemplary employees through rewards is one of the forms of support that the Secretariat provides to the employee to improve the quality of work and standards.

Al Alawi remarked: “We celebrate this honour and extend our appreciation to Eng. Al Khajah for his efforts in enhancing the performance of the Tender Board. Honouring exemplary employees is part of the Board’s strategy to motivate and encourage the team to achieve the desired goals and enhance the quality of services provided to the partners, including Purchasing Authorities, suppliers, and contractors.”

On his part, Eng. Al Khajah expressed his pride and honour in this recognition, affirming that this initiative motivates him to contribute further, exert more effort, and dedicate himself to maintaining and enhancing the level of professional performance while developing himself in the future.
