e-Tendering Training Programme

The Tender Board and Tamkeen (Labour Fund) would like to train owners and employees from the private sector on navigating the e-Tendering portal. The e-Tendering portal will be used to conduct all government tenders and purchase transactions undertaken by the authorities subject to the provisions of the Law Regulating Government Tenders and Purchases.

This enables the tendering process to be conducted via the internet and will automate the workflows of the tender preparation, bid submission, tender opening, tender evaluation and tender awarding process.

The selection of the companies will be based on the following :

• First come first serve basis 
• Frequency of participation in previous tenders 
• Being listed in any of the ministries and government organisations pre-qualified list.

To register, please submit a written application under the title “e-Tendering Training Programme” with the following details :

1. Name of organisation 
2. Copy of valid Commercial Registration 
3. Contact Details 
4. Nominated employee for training (one candidate per organisation)
