The service provider will supply a highly skilled,full‑time IT Developer to work onsite at RERA. The developer will lead thedesign, development, and enhancement of RERA’s digital platforms, includingthe website, internal systems, intranet portal, and Aqari Platforms. The roleincludes overseeing software architecture, managing integrations, supportingArcGIS development, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality,scalable IT solutions aligned with RERA’s objectives.
The bidder with Valid Commercial Registration issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism must include the following activity as mentioned in the tender advertisement, on the Tender issue date:
Any activity that contains
Computer programming activities
Computer Consultancy and computer facilities management activities
Or any other activity related or equivalent with the activity of the tender.
The VAT amount should be included in the proposal with the VAT Registration Certificate
