Visit the “iSupplier Portal Access” link to complete registration and enter your profile
Confirm your submission to ISUPPLIERSUPPORT@BAPCO.NET .Please indicate the reference to the intended RFQ.

Companies interested in tendering for the tailoring of security uniform should in the first instance read the Mandatory Criteria below and if they consider they qualify, then continue and complete the tender package.
The bidders shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
Bidders shall fulfil the following mandatory criteria in addition to their meeting the valid Commercial Registration (CR) and Bahrainisation requirements.
1.1 Must have minimum 3 years' experience in the manufacturing and supply of uniform to corporate / hotels / restaurants/ schools etc. Copies of agreements/purchase orders with each client must be submitted in evidence of the experience.
1.2 Bidder must confirm compliance to the full scope of work of the tender with no exceptions and no sub-contracting.
1.3 Technical capabilities and resources of the bidder and quality of material shall be verified by a panel of Bapco representatives. Bidders who are not found successfully meeting these requirements will be disqualified. The decision of the panel shall be final and binding.
Ranking and Selection of the Successful Bidder
Bids of only those bidders who meet all the above Mandatory Criteria will be further evaluated as per the following matrix and the bidders will be ranked based on the overall marks scored by them. The highest scoring bid will be the successful bid
