This tender invite registered contractors with a valid Prequalification License on the Tender issue date under Category of Implementation of Sewerage & Drainage Works under Grade AA and A” with Cost Engineering Directorate in the Ministry of Works and to be valid on the tender issue date.

The project aims to enhance the area by developing the sewers network. The general scope of works for the proposed scheme includes provision construction and installation of a gravity sewer by open trench, a new 50 LS capacity Lift Station and a new 180 LS Pump Station as presented in the Tender Drawings. 1. Construction of 150mm diameter 2.301km of lateral house connection sewer network. 2. 4.799 km of 200mm – 600mm of main sewer line via open trench method. 3. Construction of 199 numbers of house connections for existing houses and 57 numbers of stubs for future houses as per standard specifications. 4. Construction of 50 LPS lift station along with discharge chamber. 5. Construction of 180 LPS pump station along with discharge chamber. 6. Decommission of two (2) existing Lift Stations (E15 & E15A). 7. Construction of 175 numbers of manholes on main line. a) Manholes (Type F) 41 nos b) Manholes (Type G) 01 nos c) Manholes (Type H) 133 nos

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز المنطقة من خلال تطوير شبكة الصرف الصحي. يشمل بناء شبكة صرف صحي تتدفق بتأثير الجاذبية عن طريق حفر الخنادق، وإنشاء محطة رفع صرف صحي جديدة بسعة 180 لتر/ثانية، وإنشاء محطة ضخ صرف صحي جديدة بسعة 50 لتر/ثانية كما موضح في رسومات المناقصة.
بالإضافة إلى 1. بناء شبكة صرف صحي بطول 2.301 كيلو متر وبقطر 150 مم (أنابيب فرعية توصيلات منزلية). 2. بناء شبكة صرف صحي بطول 4.799 كيلو متر وبقطر يتراوح بين 200 مم إلى 600 مم عن طريق حفر الخنادق (أنابيب رئيسية 3. بناء مئة وتسعة وتسعون (199) توصيلات للمنازل القائمة وسبعة وخمسون (57) توصيلات للمنازل المستقبلية حسب المواصفات العالمية. 4. بناء محطة رفع صرف صحي رئيسية بسعة 50 لتر/ثانية. 5. بناء محطة ضخ صرف صحي رئيسية بسعة 180 لتر/ثانية. 6. تفكيك وايقاف تشغيل (2) محطتي رفع الصرف الصحي (ي15 & ي15أ)، 7. بناء مئة وخمسة وسبعون (175) غرفة كشف/تفتيش للصرف الصحي مصنفة حسب التالي: من النوع (ف)41 غرفة، من النوع (ج) 01 غرفة، ومن النوع (ه) 133 غرفة كشف/تفتيش للصرف الصحي.
