Part A: Mandatory Criteria (Pass & Fail):
1- Compliance to technical requirements and specifications ie, (Resistance to Hydrocarbon,HCL acid, brine water and condensate as well as Drilling Mud. Not to be hardened, Metal adherence and having anti rust and anti corossion properties) Sealant & Lubricant for gate valves , NLGI 1.5 and above. IP 239 4-Ball weld Load Test results to be >400 kg (weld load in Kg) written confirmation required.
Application is for API-6A X.Mastree and Wellhead Gate Valves only. (Pass/Fail)

Part A: Mandatory Criteria (Pass & Fail)
1- Compliance to technical requirements and specifications ie, (Synthetic Lubricant, Sealant & Resistance to Hydrocarbon,HCL acid, brine water, Steam, Diesel and condensate as well as Drilling Mud at higher temperatures of 600 Deg F. Not to be hardened, Metal adherence and having anti rust and anti corossion properties) must have Sealant & Lubricant qualities for high temperature steam wellhead gate valves, NLGI 1.5 and above. Storage stability 50 deg C,
Recommended for API-6A X.Mastree and Wellhead Gate Valves only. 40 lbs pail (18KG). (Pass/Fail)
