Tender Title: Prequalification for Chemical Injection Package
Description: This objective is to provide the Scope of Work for prospective Bidder or Manufacturer to design and engineering, Supplier or Sub Supplier Drawing Review, manufacturing, inspection, testing, painting, rust proof coating, test, pre-commission and provide commissioning or start up assistance for Chemical Injection Packages to be installed in Tatweer Facilities. This specification describes the minimum technical and functional requirements for design, manufacture, packaging, inspection and testing of Chemical Injection Packages to be installed in Tatweer Facilities. Scope covers typical upstream oil and gas processing facilities, transmission and producing pipelines and steam generators chemical injection systems
Mandatory Criteria:
- Bidder/ Manufacturer has confirmed compliance in writing with Scope of Work
- Bidder/Manufacturer to comply with the ASME B 31.3/ ASME Sec. VIII DIV.I & II, relevant API, applicable international standards and specifications for the last 6consecutive years - Certificates shall be provided. Product should be suitable for continuous outdoor operation in accordance with site conditions indicated.
- Bidder/manufacturer has submitted Sample MTC for each item in the SOW meeting standard and Tatweer specifications.
- Bidder/Manufacturer is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, or a COMPANY approved equivalent such as ASME or API.
- Bidder/Manufacturer to provide contacts of sales office and agent details in the Kingdom of Bahrain or within GCC.
- Bidder/Manufacturer to provide proof evidence of manufacture's previous experience (minimum 5 Years) for manufacture and supply of required equipment as per scope &specifications.

يلتزم مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة بـ ASME B 31.3 / ASME Sec. VIII DIV.I & II ، API ذات الصلة ، المعايير والمواصفات الدولية المطبقة لآخر 6 سنوات متتالية - يجب تقديم الشهادات. يجب أن يكون المنتج مناسبًا للتشغيل الخارجي المستمر وفقًا لظروف الموقع المحددة.
قدم العارض / الشركة المصنعة نموذج MTC لكل عنصر في SOW يفي بالمعيار ومواصفات تطوير.
مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة معتمد ويعمل بنظام إدارة جودة موثق فعال بناءً على متطلبات ISO 9001: 2015 ، أو ما يعادلها من قبل الشركة مثل ASME أو API.
العارض / الشركة المصنعة لتوفير جهات اتصال مكتب المبيعات وتفاصيل الوكيل في مملكة البحرين أو داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة لتقديم دليل إثبات خبرة التصنيع السابقة (5 سنوات على الأقل) لتصنيع وتوريد المعدات المطلوبة حسب النطاق والمواصفات.
