Mandatory Requirements:
1. Only offers from approved manufacturers will be evaluated.
2. It is mandatory to state the country of origin of the Item.
3. A written document signed and stamped by the bidder, confirming at least 5-years warranty for the luminaire, including the control gear.
4. Non-submission of mandatory documents (Schedule of guarantee dully filled-in and endorsed/stamped by both manufacturer and vendor, Copies of type test certificates/reports, relevant technical drawings, any other documents to support the offer as per EDD Specifications) will render the offer null and void (rejected).
5. The submission of the sample checklist form is mandatory with the offer (Please refer to Section 3 – Forms & Draft Agreement). Failure to include it will result in the rejection of the offer except in cases where:
a. the item has been previously supplied to us by the same manufacturer (same model & supplied within the last 5 years) or;
b. a sample has already been submitted for this specific tender.
