نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
مناقصة لأعمال التشجير وتجميل المسطحات الخضراء حسب الخطة الاستراتيجية لتشجير الطرق والحدائق في مملكة البحرين، والذي يشمل على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر: الأعمال الإنشائية كالحفر والردم والأرصفة وأعمال التشجير وتجميل المسطحات الخضراء والتي تشمل توريد وزراعة أشجار النخيل وأشجار الزينة بما في ذلك الحفر والزراعة والتربة الزراعية وجميع الأعمال اللازمة، وصيانة الأشجار والمسطحات الخضراء وأعمال الري بما في ذلك الأنابيب وأجهزة الانبعاث والصمامات ومضخات الري وغيرها من الأعمال المرتبطة بها.

متطلبات الزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء الإقرار بالإطلاع على وثائق المناقصة والإلتزام بما ورد فيها (الملحق B) وشهادة التسعير المستقل (الملحق C) موقعين ومختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
Scope of Work:
Afforestation and Landscaping Works Strategic Plan for Roads and Parks in The Kingdom of Bahrain” which comprises but not limited to the following: Civil Works comprising of excavation, earthwork filling, kerbs and edgings, Soft Landscaping Works comprising of Supply and Plantation of Palm Trees and Ornamental Trees, inclusive of excavation, planting medium, garden soil and all necessary works, Maintenance of Soft Landscaping, Irrigation Works including pipework’s, emitting devices, valves and irrigation pumps and other associated Works
Contract Period: 1 year
Mandatory requirements:
The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix B) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix C) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
