يُشار إلى الأعمال بعنوان مشــروع حديقة مناطقيــــة بضاحيـة الرملــي الذي يتكون من أعمال المناظر الطبيعية الصلبة، وأعمال المناظر الطبيعية الناعمة، ونظام شبكات الري، وإضاءة المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الكهربائية، وإنشاء مبنى الخدمات، ومنطقة اللعب، والأثاث والمعدات، وهياكل الخيام، ومنصة كرة السلة، ومرمى كرة القدم، وعمود الكرة الطائرة، وعمود التنس، والسياج وغيرها من الهياكل وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة بها.

المقاولين/المزودين المؤهلين:
الشركات المؤهلة لدى وزارة الأشغال لمشاريع تشييد المباني – الدرجة E وأعلى
(ie. “AA”, “A”, “B”,’C’ ‘D’,’E’)
أو
المقاولون المؤهلون لمشاريع تنسيق الحدائق درجة "C" وما فوق

Scope of Work:
The Works shall be referred to as the Al Ramli Housing Play area Project which comprises of the following Hard Landscaping works, Soft Landscaping works, Irrigation Network System, Landscape Lighting and Electrical Works, Construction of Services Building, Play area, Furniture and Equipment, Tent structures, Basketball Stand, Football Goal, Volleyball Post, Tennis Post, Chain Link Fence and other structures and all associated works.
Contract Period:
Six (6) Months
Prequalified Contractors:
Prequalified Contractors for Building Construction Projects Grade E and above
(ie. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, E)
Or
Prequalified Contractors for Landscaping Projects Grade “C” and above

Mandatory Requirement

The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.

The Tenderer must submit signed / stamped Schedule of Drawings (included within Section 1 of the Tender Documents) by the Authorized Representative of the Company to declare that his submitted Tender is in accordance with the scope and requirements as per the Drawings issued in the Bahrain Tender Board E-Tendering system including any Drawing amendments issued under Tender Addenda (if any). Signed / stamped Full Set of Drawings are also acceptable as an alternative to the signed / stamped Schedule of Drawings.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.

The Tenderer must have a valid prequalification approval / license for the category mentioned in the Tender Advertisement from “Ministry of Works” before the Tender Publish Date. Tenderers without a valid prequalification approval / license or expired license will be disqualified.
*Prequalification Category and Grades
The Tenderer should have a valid prequalification approval for the category mentioned below from “Ministry of Works” before the tender’s publish date, otherwise will result in disqualification of the Tender.
- Ministry of Works Prequalification for Building Construction Projects Grades E and above
(ie. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”,”E” ) or Prequalification for Landscaping Projects Grade “C” and above.
