Gulf Air Group Holding (GFG) seeks to contract with a supplier to provide safety uniforms and accessories for GFG staff as mentioned in scope of work and (appendix This tender document provides potential suppliers with the relevant information on the scope of work to ensure that the proposed uniforms and accessories meet GFG and its subsidiaries’ requirements. The logos and other branding requirements for the safety uniforms will be communicated to the awarded bidder upon award.
GFG is seeking proposals from vendors to supply branded safety uniforms for our employees. The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from eligible vendors for the supply of safety uniforms as per our specific requirements.

The Bidders shall meet the mandatory requirements mentioned in BTB’s portal and the tender advertisement to qualify for the technical/financial evaluation.
• The bidder must propose branded safety-ready uniform items as detailed in Appendix 1 (excluding belts, Hijab and Polo-shirt). Bidder shall provide background information on a manufacturer specializing in safety uniform production with over five years of experience. Samples for all items in appendix 1 must be submitted before the tender's closing date.
• The bidder should have prior experience supplying safety uniforms to local companies.

3.1 (Safety Uniform):
3.1.1 Design:
1. Bidders must provide branded safety uniform concept designs, which includes the specified colours. (Samples are required).
2. The proposed uniform designs should be professional and appropriate for the Safety situation, without being excessively formal or restrictive.
3. Color of uniforms are subject to change.
4. Uniform Designs are subject to change.
5. Uniforms designs shall be available both for men and women.
6. Bidder shall ensure that customization shall be made to the uniform that are made in the factory. The customization shall include fixing of logo by using embroidery technique.
7. The belts should have a professional, formal design suitable for safety attire. Simple and elegant designs are preferred.
3.1.2 Fabric & Material:
1. The fabric should be made with a high-quality, durable material that can handle the daily use of technical environments.
2. The uniform should be comfortable and easy to wear for longer time with features such as breathable fabrics and ergonomic design.
3. The uniform should be constructed using high-quality stitching and finishing techniques to ensure longevity and durability.
4. Fabric specifications are subject to change if required.
5. Comply with EN ISO 13688:2016 Standard.
6. Fabrics should be breathable wrinkle resistant, and pre-shrunk.
7. The belts should be durable and able to withstand daily wear and tear.
8. The belt’s buckles, snaps, or other fasteners must not contain any metal components.
9. The socks should be comfortable to wear for longer time. It is durable and able to endure multiple uses and a classic and timeless style that complements safety attire.
