تتطلع الهيئة العامة للرياضة إلى تعيين فريق استشاري متخصص في التصميم لتقديم خدمات استشارية متكاملة لمشروع تطوير نادي الرفاع الرياضي في موقع النادي. ويشمل نطاق الأعمال إعداد التصاميم المعمارية والهندسية، وأعمال التنسيق، إضافة إلى خدمات إدارة المشروع، وذلك بهدف تنفيذ مرافق رياضية عالية الجودة تتوافق مع اشتراطات وزارة الأشغال (MOW) ومعايير الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA).
كما يشمل نطاق الأعمال إنشاء مبنيين خدميين جديدين، وصيانة وتأهيل المرافق القائمة، وتنفيذ الأعمال الخارجية، وتطوير وتحسين الخدمات والبنية التحتية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير الملاعب الرياضية والمرافق المرتبطة بها، بما يضمن تحقيق أعلى
مستويات الكفاءة والسلامة والامتثال للمعايير الدولية المعتمدة.
The General Sports Authority seeks to appoint a specialized design consultancy team to provide comprehensive consultancy services for the Development of Riffa Sports Club . The scope of work includes the preparation of architectural and engineering designs, coordination works, and project management services, with the objective of delivering high-quality sports facilities that comply with the Ministry of Works (MOW) requirements and FIFA standards.
The scope also includes the construction of two new service buildings, maintenance and refurbishment of existing facilities, execution of external works, and the development and enhancement of utilities and infrastructure. In addition, it covers the upgrading of sports pitches and associated facilities to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and full compliance with applicable international standards.
