TITLE: Long Term Purchase Agreement for Four (4) Years for The Supply of Furniture for Awali Houses

Bapco Refining is aiming to tender a Local Public Tender for Long Term Purchase Agreement for Four (4) Years for The Supply of Furniture for Awali Houses, they require this subject service for the supply of hard furniture of approximately 50 sets for another four years. These items are to be used for furnished accommodation made available for eligible employees. Bapco Refining regularly purchases the referred products as a regular maintenance procedure in the Refinery and Awali.

1.0 MANDATORY CRITERIA
The bidders shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid without fail. No grace period shall be granted for submission of missing documents related to bidder's qualification.
1.1 Bidder must confirm compliance to the full scope of work of the tender with no exceptions and no sub-contracting.
1.2 Must Have a full-fledged workshop in Bahrain (Bidder to Confirm the same in his Bid) and with skilled manpower. Company has the discretion to inspect the workshop if require.
1.3 Bidder must have their own vehicle and labours for delivery of furniture to Awali List of vehicles and labours must be submitted along with the Bid.
1.4 Bidder must have a proper storage facility for the furniture. Bidder MUST submit a Confirmation Letter
1.5 Bidders to confirm their ability to provide sample pieces of furniture, as per the specification and drawing, to Bapco if requested. These samples are to be provided for further approval within a period of three weeks.
