Throughthis RFP, BAC is seeking to establish an Aviation Cyber Security OperationCentre (AV-CYSOC). This centre is part of BAC security initiatives to protectthe airport IT infrastructure, to complement existing security infrastructureof Bahrain International Airport’s IT / OT systems, network infrastructureand airport stakeholders such as the hub carrier, Gulf Air, Bahrain AirportService, Bahrain Duty-Free, Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA), BAC JetFuel Company. Thecentre must be designed to protect the airport’s digital assets, enhance BACanalytics and reporting, develop resources on cybersecurity best practicesand build strong proactive measures to detect and respond to cyber securityincidents, threats, and risks. Theobjective of this RFP is to invite specialized Bidders who will present theirservice offerings to cater to the need of providing a 24x7 cybersecuritymonitoring services, incident response and reporting. BAC has provided inthis RFP the technical specifications that the successful Bidder is expectedto meet as specified by BAC. This RFP shouldbe read in its entirety carefully, and all requirements should be clearly metto avoid disqualification. 1. The Biddershould have the experience of owning and managing a well-established 24/7Security Operations Centre (SOC) for at least 5 years. 2. Bidder musthave prior experience in providing SOC Services in critical nationalinfrastructure (i.e., Transportation, Telecommunication, Energy, PublicHealth, etc..) 3. SIEMsolution must be listed as a leader in either of Gartner or Forrester year of2021. If any SIEM solution is not listed in one of the two will bedisqualified. 4. Bidder mustsubmit ISO 27001 certification as a proof for its compliance with therequired security standards. |
