| 1.4.1.1.1 | The Bidder shall provide documentary evidence to prove that they have minimum 5 years of relevant work experienceduring the last 10 years in providing 100% Vapor phase Decontaminationservices in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry for preparing processunits’ equipment for shutdown maintenance work by freeing the system ofhydrocarbons, H2S, pyrophoric Iron sulphide, etc. including all requirementspertaining to the same. Joint venture with another service provider withproven capability that meets the above requirement is acceptable. The otherservice provider in the joint venture must have the same level of experiencedescribed above. |
| TheBidder shall submit documentary evidence, along with the Bid, for such workexecuted to substantiate the above. |

| 1.4.1.2 | DECONTAMINATION CHEMICAL(S) |
| 1.4.1.2.1 | Bidder shall provide along with the bid, the Safety DataSheets (SDS) of the decontamination chemicals they propose to use. The SDSshall be compliant with Globally Harmonized System of Classification andLabelling of Chemicals (GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheet) |
| 1.4.1.2.2 | The Bidder shall provide documentary evidence to provethat the chemical(s) used are biodegradable, environment-friendly, non-toxic,non-exothermic, noncarcinogenic, registered with CEFAS (Centre forEnvironment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science, UK) or equivalent, compatiblewith metallurgies and internal components of equipment used in Oil & Gasor Petrochemical Industry including mechanical seals in pumps. |
| 1.4.1.2.3 | Since Bapco Refining utilizes 110# steam for hydrocarbonfreeing systems, it is necessary that the boiling point of the chemical forvapor phase decontamination shall not exceed 100 deg C to ensure fullvaporization and dispersing with the steam. |
