نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
يُشار إلى الأعمال باسم "الصيانة العامة لسوق سترة المركزي"، والتي تشمل الأعمال التالية: "أعمال الصيانة العامة وتشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الأعمال المدنية، والأعمال الميكانيكية، والأعمال الكهربائية، وأعمال إنذار الحريق، وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة الأخرى".
المقاولين/المزودين المؤهلين:
الشركات المؤهلة لدى وزارة الأشغال لمشاريع تشييد المباني – الدرجة AA إلى الدرجة E
(ie. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” , “E”).
أو
الشركات المؤهلة لدى وزارة الأشغال لأعمال الصيانة – الدرجة AA إلى الدرجة C
(ie. “AA” , “A”, “B”, “C”).
متطلبات الزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إعلان الامتثال (Appendix C) و شهادة تحديد السعر المستقل (Appendix D) موقعين و مختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم جدول الرسومات موقع ومختوم (المدرج في القسم 1 من وثائق
المناقصة) من قبل الممثل المعتمد للشركة للإقرار بأن عطاءه المقدم يتوافق مع النطاق والمتطلبات وفقاً للرسومات الصادرة في نظام المناقصات الالكتروني بما في ذلك أي تعديلات على الرسومات الصادرة بموجب إضافات العطاء (ان وجدت) سيؤدي عدم تقديم أي من المستندات المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.
DESCRIPTION OF TENDER
Scope of Work:
The Works shall be referred to as the “General Maintenance to Sitra Central Market”
which comprises of the following “General maintenance works includes but not limited to Civil Works, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, Fire Alarm Works and all other associated works”.
Prequalified Contractors:
Ministry of Works Prequalified Contractors for Building Construction Projects Grade E and above (i.e. Grade AA, A, B, C, D and E).
Or
Prequalified Contractors for Maintenance Works Grade C and above ((i.e. Grade AA, A, B, and C).
Mandatory requirements:
Tenderer must submit with his tender the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
The Tenderer must submit signed / stamped Schedule of Drawings (included within Section 1 of the Tender Documents) by the Authorized Representative of the Company to declare that his submitted Tender is in accordance with the scope and requirements as per the Drawings issued in the Bahrain Tender Board E-Tendering system including any Drawing amendments issued under Tender Addenda (if any). Signed / stamped Full Set of Drawings are also acceptable as an alternative to the signed / stamped Schedule of Drawings.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
