Tender Mandatory Criteria:
· Bidders must have completed similar warehouse projects of at least 4,000 m2 (single warehouse) (architectural design and supervision), references to be provided.
· Bidders must have participated in one or more international and/or local architectural competitions; certificate of participation is required.
· Bidders must be a grade A CRPEP certified Consultant.
