نطاق العمل:
تعتزم وزارة شؤون البلديات والزراعة – إدارة نظم المعلومات – طرح مناقصة لتوريد وتجديد تراخيص برامج الإنتاجية لمدة عام واحد، مع تقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لضمان استمرارية عمل الأنظمة بكفاءة وفعالية. ويشمل نطاق العمل توفير وتجديد التراخيص السنوية، ومعالجة جميع المشاكل والأعطال المتعلقة بالبرامج حسب حاجة الوزارة أو عند الطلب، إضافة إلى توفير التحديثات والترقيات الدورية طوال مدة العقد، وذلك وفقاً لما هو مبين تفصيلاً في وثائق المناقصة المعتمدة.

المتطلبات الإلزامية
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم المستندات التالية مكتملة وموقعة ومختومة بختم الشركة من قبل المفوض بالتوقيع:
إقرار الالتزام (الملحق ب)
شهادة تحديد الأسعار بشكل مستقل (الملحق ج)
إن عدم تقديم أي من المستندين المذكورين أعلاه سيؤدي إلى الاستبعاد الفوري من العطاء.

Scope of Works:
The Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture – Information Systems Directorate – intends to float a tender for the supply and renewal of productivity software licenses for a period of one year, along with the provision of the necessary technical support to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the Ministry’s systems.
The scope of work includes the provision and renewal of annual licenses, resolving all software-related issues and technical faults as required by the Ministry or upon request, and providing all updates and upgrades released by the software vendors throughout the contract period, in accordance with the details specified in the tender documents.
Contract Period:

Mandatory Requirement
The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix B) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix C) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
