- MANDATORY CRITERIA forpublishing on the e-tendering portal:
- WORKS EXPERIENCE:
BIDDERs must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in successful execution of Facility Management Services and BIDDERs must have completed at least one project of minimum value BHD 1,000,000.00 in Bahrain or any other Gulf/Middle East countries in the last 5 years.
2)HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT:
Fully auditable and active HSE Policy, HSE Procedures relevant to onsite activities and Safety Training Plan in operation within their organization.
3)QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT CERTIFICATIONS:
The Contractor shall be accredited with formal certification for ISO 9001, which is currently valid or in the process of re-validation. Documentary evidence shall be submitted to substantiate the above and its validity, or other proof if the bidder is in the process of revalidation.
