Comprehensive Tender for operation and maintenance of soft landscapes in roads, gardens, and residential areas (36 Months) in the southern area governate for the southern area municipality.
Mandatory Requirement
Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid without fail. No grace period shall be granted for submission of missing documents related to bidders’ qualification. (SAM AUDIT TEAM HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A VISIT TO VERIFY ANY OF THE BELOW)
- The Tenderer is to have completed /or has an ongoing of minimum 5 Major governmental & privateprojects in the field of application in the past 3 years (onlylandscape maintenance project will be considered landscape developmentprojects followed by a maintenance period are not to be considered).
- Tenderer is to provide asatisfactory performance appraisal of the ongoing or completed projectsmentioned above.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.

المناقصة الشاملة لتشغيل وصيانة المزروعات في الشوارع والحدائق والمناطق السكنية (36 شهر) في المحافظة الجنوبية لصالح بلدية المنطقة الجنوبية.
المتطلبات الإلزامية
على مقدم العطاء تقديم أدلة مستندية تدعم استيفائه للمعايير المذكورة أدناه مع عرضه دون إخفاق. لن تُمنح أي فترة سماح لتقديم أي مستندات ناقصة تتعلق بمؤهلات مقدمي العطاءات. (يحق لفريق التدقيق في سام طلب زيارة للتحقق من أي مما يلي):
- على مقدم العطاء تقديم وثيقةداعمة وتعهد يؤكد قدرته على توفير القوى العاملة المطلوبة كماهو منصوص عليه في العطاء.
- يجب أن يكون مقدم العطاء قدأنجز أو لديه ما لا يقل عن 5 مشاريع حكومية وخاصة رئيسية في مجالالتطبيق خلال السنوات 3 الماضية (سيتم اعتبار مشروع صيانة المناظرالطبيعية فقط، أما مشاريع تطوير المناظر الطبيعية التي تتبعها فترة صيانة فلنتُؤخذ في الاعتبار).
- على مقدم العطاء تقديم تقييمأداء مُرضٍ للمشاريع الجارية أو المنجزة المذكورة أعلاه.
يؤدي عدم تقديم أيٍّ من الوثائق المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.
