يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إعلان الالتزام (الملحق ج) وشهادة تحديد الأسعار المستقلة (الملحق د) موقعتين ومختومتين من الممثل المفوض للشركة.
سوف يؤدي عدم تقديم أي من المستندات المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.

Mandatory Requirement
The bidder must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Annex C) and the Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Annex D), duly signed and stamped by the company’s authorized representative.
Failure to submit any of the above-mentioned documents will result in disqualification of the bid.
