This project aims to develop and implement a comprehensive software solution for the Electricity Transmission Directorate (ETD), focusing on asset management and business process automation. The system will enhance asset lifecycle management, monitoring, and maintenance, improving operational efficiency and decision-making.
Additionally, the solution will support the integration of online asset condition monitoring systems by installing such equipment on ETD assets at two substations to demonstrate technical feasibility and operational integration.

Mandatory/Essential Requirements for Main Scope
Vendors shall follow and meet the following Mandatory/Essential Requirements. Offers not complying to the following shall be rejected and not to be considered for Evaluation:
1) The vendor shall have successfully completed a minimum of two (2) similar projects within transmission or distribution utilities. These projects must demonstrate relevant experience in implementing asset management and online asset monitoring within utility sectors. The vendor Shall provide proof of project completion, which may include a completion certificate, a letter or email from the client, a purchase order (PO), or any other verifiable documentation.
2) During the evaluation stage, the vendor will be requested to conduct a live demonstration for the proposed EAM. The vendor must score at least 7.5 points or above out of 15 points in the demo evaluation criteria.

1) يجب على المورد أن يكون قد أكمل بنجاح مشروعين (2) مماثلين في مرافق النقل أو التوزيع. يجب أن تُظهر هذه المشاريع خبرة ذات صلة في تنفيذ إدارة الأصول والمراقبة الآنية للأصول ضمن قطاعات المرافق. كما يجب على المورد تقديم دليل على إتمام المشروع، والذي قد يشمل شهادة الإتمام أو خطاباً/بريدًا إلكترونيًا من العميل، أو أمر شراء أو أي وثائق أخرى قابلة للتحقق.
2) خلال مرحلة التقييم، سيُطلب من المُورِّد تقديم عرض توضيحي حيّ لنظام إدارة الأصول المؤسسي المُقترح. يجب أن يحصل المُورِّد على ٧.٥ نقطة على الأقل من أصل ١٥ نقطة في معايير تقييم العرض التوضيحي.
