تهدف هذه المناقصة إلى الحصول على أفضل العروض التنافسية لتوفير وتركيب جهاز تحليلي مطياف الكتلة البلازمي المقرونة بالحث وما يتعلق به من مستلزمات لإدارة نقل المياه بهيئة الكهرباء والماء وذلك لتحديد المعادن الثقيلة والعناصر الضئيلة في عينات المياه وفقاً لنطاق العمل، والشروط، والأحكام، والمواصفات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
,Vendors shall follow and meet the following Mandatory/Essential Requirements. Offers not complying to the following or not providing the required supportive documents shall be rejected and not be considered for Evaluation:
1-The vendor should provide Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) of the system after commissioning.
• Bidder shall confirm by letter that IQ and OQ will be provided after installation & Methods development.
2-The bidder must have supplier/agent in Bahrain/GCC for any technical support in the future.
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter shall be provided.
