Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Support and On-Demand Development Services
Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority BTEA seeking highly qualified companies to submit proposals for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM SLA and end users support along with on demand development services The works consists of three parts MS Dynamics CRM and E-services Portal Support On-demand Development Services Onsite IT Developers as per the SOW mentioned in the RFP.
Please note that the below mentioned points are mandatory requirements:
B.1. If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below- it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:
CR Activity/s as per the following or other equivalent activity that matches the scope of work will be acceptable:
- Computer programming activities.
B.2 Quotation / proposal layout:
The supplier must provide their quotes / cost for each service during the contract period as per the format mentioned in page 7 in the scope of works document.
B.3 The company should have experience in this filed minimum 5 years.
B.4 In-house developers have a minimum of 2 years.

تسعى هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الحصول على العطاءات من الشركات ذات الكفاءة العالية لتقديم عروضها لمناقصة توفير خدمات الدعم والتطوير لنظام مايكروسوفت ديناميكس 365 كما هو موضح في وثائق المناقصة .
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الآتية:
-1الانشطة التجارية المطلوبة او مايعادلها: - أنشطة البرمجة الحاسوبية
2- ان تلتزم بتسليم تسعيرتها بالجدول المذكور بصفحة رقم 7 في ملف نطاق عمل المناقصة ،
3- ان تمتلك الشركة خبره لاتقل عن 5 سنوات
4- ان يكون الشخص المرشح يمتلك خبره لاتقل عن سنتين
