Bahrain Food Festival 10th Edition - 2026
BTEA is seeking proposals from events agencies to provide and execute the 10th edition of Bahrain Food Festival, the agency will be responsible for planning, executing and managing the food vendors during the festival. The agency is also responsible for planning and managing the entertainment part of the festival as well.
Bidders should submit their proposals to cater for the requirements set out below. The authority requires the highest quality equipment, venue setups and logistical attributes. The event should aim to stimulate the food & beverages sector, support Bahrain’s entrepreneurs, attract GCC and regional tourism and international tourists along with injecting positivity into the community.
If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below - it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:

تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض شركات الفعاليات المتخصصة لتقديم عرضها لمناقصة مهرجان البحرين للطعام للنسخة العاشرة. وستكون الشركة مسؤولة عن تخطيط، تنفيذ وإدارة المشاركين وتخطيط وإدارة الجزء الترفيهي من المهرجان.
على مقدمي العروض تقديم عروضهم بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات الموضحة. وتشترط الهيئة أعلى مستويات الجودة في المعدات، وتجهيزات الموقع، والخصائص اللوجستية. ويهدف الحدث إلى تحفيز قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات، ودعم رواد الأعمال في البحرين، وجذب السياحة الخليجية والإقليمية، والسياح الدوليين، بالإضافة إلى بث روح إيجابية في المجتمع.
