Supply of Fittings and Flanges that will be installed in Bapco field. The Evaluation will consist of Mandatory Criteria, Technical Criteria and Commercial Evaluation. The mandatory criteria will cover the below criteria’s as pass or fail:
1) Bidder has submitted the quote for all the line items as per the Schedule of Rates in the tender package. Offered items are per Line items description & QMS documents provided with the tender package.
2) Barred Tee's requirement are as per BU-GDNGEN-02569-DAS-A4. This datasheet specifies all the requirements for design, Fabrication, testing and Inspection requirements. Bidder to comply all the requirements as listed in the datasheet.
3) Bidder is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Bidder has submitted the Certification as per the requirements.
4) Bidder will source materials directly from MILL or through the authorized agent. Bidder has submitted the written confirmation along with Evidence (like letter of intention, agent appointing letter, etc.).
5) Bidder to arrange third party inspector for witnessing the material, testing and final inspection. Material test certificate shall be endorse by the third party inspector and accordingly 3.2 certificate shall be provided. All the associated cost for arranging the third party inspector shall be considered in Bidder's scope. Bidder shall confirm this requirement in writing.
6) Bidder has provided the proof evidence of manufacture's previous experience for manufacture and supply of similar RFQ items as per scope & specifications (minimum 5 Years)
