The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain intends to issue a public tender to construct a new distribution station, based on EPC Contract,  namely  “New Water Distribution Station at Hawar Island” (“The Project”) in Hawar Island on the southeastern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain.  The Works under this tender broadly includes the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of new distribution station (Hawar Water Distribution Station) two (2) welded steel Ground Storage Tanks (GSTs) of 1 MIG capacity each, and the associated forwarding pumps, chlorination system and other associated works as per tender specifications.

 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Bidder shall follow and meet the following Mandatory/Essential Requirements. Offers not complying with the following shall be rejected and not considered for Evaluation as specified below:

 ·        Bidder / subcontractor has to submit one completion / Taking-over Certificate signed by the owner of the projects for constructing potable water pumping station within last 15 years.

Note : In case of subcontractor submission of completion / Taking-over Certificate, the bidder to submit a letter of intent for ensuring these activities will be executed by him in this project.

تعتزم هيئة الكهرباء والماء بطرح مناقصة عامة لبناء محطة جديدة  لتوزيع المياه وهي "محطة توزيع المياه الجديدة في جزر حوار" على أساس (عقد: تصمـــــيم - شــراء - بنــــاء)، بتشييد خزانين مياه أرضيين (2) من الهيكل الحديدي بسعة تخزينية تبلغ مليون جالون لكل خزان ومحطة ضخ ونظام ضخ الكلور والأعمال المصاحبة لذلك  وفق مواصفات وثائق المناقصة.

المتطلبات الإلزامية:
يجب على المشارك في المناقصة الالتزام بالمتطلبات الأساسية والإلزامية التالية. لن يتم قبول أو تقييم العطاءات غير المطابقة لما يلي، وسيتم استبعادها كما هو موضح أدناه:

• يجب على المشارك / المقاول الفرعي تقديم شهادة واحدةلإنجاز/تسليممُوقعة من مالك المشروع، تثبت تنفيذ مشروع إنشاء محطة ضخ لمياه صالحة للشرب خلال الخمسة عشر سنة الأخيرة.

ملاحظة: في حال تقديم شهادة الإنجاز / تسليم من قبل المقاول الفرعي، على المقاول الرئيسي تسليم رسالة تثبت نيته بالتعاقد مع المقاول الفرعي للتأكد من قيامه بتلك الأعمال في المشروع.
