Long Term Purchase Agreement for the Supply of Fittings
Bapco Upstream plans to implement various projects in-house to meet the target production of oil and gas. Establishing the Long Term Purchase Agreement (LTPA) for the Supply of Fittings will aid the Company meet the critical Field Development Projects including Field Maintenance. Fittings included in this tender include Flanges, Studs, Bolts, Tees, Elbows etc.

1- Compliance with Specifications and QMS
Bidder must quote exactly as per Bapco Upstream item description/specification and QMS. Related QMS will be provided under each section. Bidder must clearly mention if submitted proposal is complying with both Bapco Upstream specification and QMS. Bidder shall comply with BU specification & QMS requirement only. Non-compliance will be automatically fail the offer.
(During the pre-shipment document awarded supplier will need to submit the MTC’ for QA\QC review and approval. The MTC shall be stamped with verified true copy). Bidders must submit letter confirming that thesubmitted offer is complying with the requirements above. If no clear confirmation is stated, the offer will be considered as fail in the criteria.
2-Compliance with NACE and ISO
Bidder must confirm all the provided items are in compliance with NACE MR01-75 & ISO 15156 latest edition. Bidders must submit letter confirming that the submitted offer is complying with the requirements above. If no clear confirmation is stated, the offer will be considered as fail in the criteria.
3- Experience supplying to Oil & Gas Companies
Bidder must provide the proof of evidence of manufacturer's previous experience on manufacturing and supply of required material as per scope & specifications in Oil and Gas companies (minimum 5 years) within GCC. Bidder must submit a copy of the latest approval letter along with recent order/contracts.
4-Authorised Supplier
Bidder must source the materials directly from MILL or through the authorized agent. Bidder must submit the written confirmation from MILL or stockist/authorized agent along with Evidence (like letter of intention, agent appointing letter, etc.).
5- Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent
Bidder is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, or a COMPANY approved equivalent such as ASME or API. Bidder must submit the Certification as per the requirements.
6-QAQC Requirements: - Compliance with 3.2 certification
Bidder has confirmed compliance in writing with EN 10204 Type 3.2 Inspection Certificate as required by Company & provided items shall be newly manufactured. Bidders must submit letter confirming that the submitted offer is complying with the requirements above. If no clear confirmation is stated, the offer will be considered as fail in the criteria.
