ترغب وزارة الصناعة والتجارة بطرح مزايدة عامة دولية لفتح المجال للقطاع الخاص للاستثمار في مشروع تجديد وإدارة وتشغيل الحاضنة الصناعية الكائنة بمنطقة الحد الصناعية، والتي تستهدف احتضان المشاريع الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة محلياً وخارجياً بالإضافة إلى الشركات الكبيرة بتوفير مساحات التصنيع وخدمات الاحتضان تحت سقف واحد. وستكون الحاضنة بمثابة منصة للجمع بين جميع الجهات الفاعلة في النمو الاقتصادي المستدام وتوفر مساحة عمل للتفاعل بين القطاع العام، والصناعي ، ومطوري التكنولوجيا بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي. وسيتم تصميم الحاضنة الصناعية لتلبية الاحتياجات الفريدة للمستأجرين، مع المرافق ووسائل الراحة الحديثة التي ستدعم نموهم ونجاحهم، يتعين على جميع المشاركين تقديم المستندات الإلزامية التالية مع العطاء إلكترونياً من خلال نظام المناقصات الإلكترونية، حيث سيتم استبعاد مقدمي العطاءات الذين لا يقدمون هذه المتطلبات:
خطة تجديد وإنشاء الحاضنة
ملف تعريف برنامج الحاضنة لبرنامج ما قبل الحضانة، وبرنامج الحضانة، وبرنامج التسريع، وبرنامج الحضانة الافتراضي/الهجين
خطة لتوفير مساحة عمل وبنية تحتية كافية لما لا يقل عن 150 مستأجراً
خطة لتوفير فرص النماذج الأولية/التصنيع للمستأجرين
السير الذاتية لفريق الإدارة المقترح
خطة الاستثمار والأعمال حسب النموذج المقدم

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce would like to launch an international public bidding to open the way for the private sector to invest in the project “Renovate, Operate and Transfer” the industrial incubator located in the Hidd Industrial Area
The project will focus on the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, including potential tenants from manufacturing-oriented start-ups and SMEs as well as large corporations and agencies. The incubator will serve as a platform for bringing all actors of sustainable economic growth together and serve as a workspace for interaction between the public sector, industry, and technology developers as well as nurturing international cooperation. The structure of the industrial incubator will be designed to meet the unique needs of the tenants, with modern facilities and amenities that will support their growth and success, All Participants are required to submit the following mandatory documents along with the bid electronically through the E-Tendering System, and the bidders are not submitting the requirements will be disqualified:
Renovation and establishment plan of the incubator
Incubator Program Profile of Pre-incubation program, Incubation program, Acceleration program and Virtual/Hybrid incubation program
plan for providing adequate workspace and infrastructure for at least 150 tenants
plan for providing prototyping/fabrication opportunities to tenant
CVs of the proposed management team
Investment & Business Plan as per provided Template

Submission audited financial statements
Compliance Scope of Works and Requirements Forms
