يعتزم بنك الاسكان بطرح ارض بضاحية السيف للمزايدة بنظام الBOT لتطويرها لمشروع متعدد الاستخدامات. مساحة ارض المشروع هي 3264 متر مربع. يمكن لجميع المستثمرين المسجلة اسمائهم ضمن نظام e-tendering بالمشاركة في هذه المزايدة. مدة الإيجار للمشروع هي 25 سنة بنظام الBOT مباشرةً بعد توقيع اتفاقية الإيجار. في نهاية فترة الإيجار، سيتم استرداد المشروع بالكامل في حالة صالح للإستعمال. أي مقدم للمزايدة قد تخلف عن سداد مبالغ مع الملاك السابقين سيتم استبعاده من المزايدة.
,Eskan Bank published BOT land auction to develop a mix use project at Seef district. The land area is 3,264 SQM. All investors, who are register in e-tendering system, can participate in this auction. The lease period is 25 years under BOT system starting from the date of signing the agreement. At the end of 25 years period, the building is to be returned in usable condition. Any bidder who is in default with previous landlords, creditors will be disqualified
