تود وزارة الصناعة والتجارة بمملكة البحرين دعوة المجهزين الراغبين بالمشاركة لتقديم عروضهم لتأجير قطعة أرض في منطقة المعامير الصناعية لتطوير وتشغيل مركز تجاري وخدمي. سيكون صاحب العطاء الفائز مسؤولاً عن تصميم المرافق وبناءها وتمويلها وتشغيلها وصيانتها خلال فترة العقد.
حيث يتعين على جميع مقدمي العطاءات المشاركين تقديم المستندات التالية إلزاميًا، وسيؤدي عدم تقديم المستندات المطلوبة إلى الاستبعاد من عملية التقييم:
1- إثبات الاستقرار المالي والقدرة على تنفيذ المشروع المطلوب من خلال تقديم:
- نسخة من كشف الحساب البنكي للشركة للسنوات الثلاث السابقة.
- نسخة من البيانات المالية للسنوات الثلاث الماضية.
2- قائمة التحقق من تقديم طلب تقديم العروض.
3- إقرار بتوفر القدرة على تنفيذ الخدمات خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد.
ملاحظة: الحد الأدنى للإيجار 9 دينار بحريني للمتر المربع سنوياً.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce would like to invite interested bidders to submit their proposals for leasing plot within Ma’ameer Industrial Park to develop and operate a commercial and services center. The bidder will be responsible for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the facilitates during the contract term.
All participating tenderers are required to submit the following documents is mandatory, failure to submit the required documents will result in DISQUALIFICATION from the evaluation process.
1. Prove of financial stability and capability to carry out the required project by providing:
ꞏ Copy of bank statement for the company for the previous three years.
ꞏ Copy of the financial statement for the last three years.
2. List of RFP Submittal Checklist.
3. Declaration of availability to carry out the services during the timeframe.
Note: The minimum rental rate is BD 9 per square meter per year.
