The General Services & Central Stores Directorate would like to purchase the following:
1. METER, KWH, SMART, CREDIT TYPE, THREE PHASE, 230/400V, 50HZ, FOUR WIRE, CLASS 1, AND KVARH TO CLASS 2, CURRENT: 10A - 100A, TYPE: "BS" TO EDD DESCRIPTION S-4250 REVISION A, AMENDMENT 3 (OF JUNE 2021) & AMENDMENT 4 (OF JUNE 2023). METER SHALL COMPLY WITH INTEROPERABLE DEVICE INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (IDIS) & DULY CERTIFIED, LAST-GASP FUNCTIONALITY SHALL BE PORVIDED. METER TO BE SUPPLIED COMPLETE WITH NB-IoT COMMUNICATION MODULE AND BUILT-IN ANTENA ALL PACKED IN ONE CARTON. NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER(NSN) MUST PRINTED ON EACH PACKING CARTON. THE METERS SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH METERING POINT LICENSES FROM EWA APPROVED HEAD-END SYSTEM. QTY: 10,000 EA.
2. METER, KWH, SMART, THREE PHASE, FOUR WIRE 400/230 V, 50HZ, MULTIRATE, CREDITED TYPE, CLASS 1, CURRENT 5A (6A MAX) CONNECTED THROUGH CT, TYPE CS TO EDD DESCRIPTION S-4250 REVISION A, AMENDMENT 3 (OF JUNE 2021) & AMENDMENT 4 (OF JUNE 2023). METER SHALL COMPLY WITH INTEROPERABLE DEVICE INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (IDIS) & DULY CERTIFIED, LAST-GASP FUNCTIONALITY SHALL BE PROVIDED. METER,KWH,SMART, THREE PHASE, FOUR WIRE ""Voltage Higher than 11 KV"", 50HZ,MULTIRATE, CREDITED TYPE, CLASS 0.2, -CURRENT 1 A (1.2 A MAX) CONNECTED THROUGH 3 CTs, AND VT SECONDARY SYPPLY 110 V WITH AUXILIARY POWER SUPPLY MODULE-TYPE CS TO EDD DESCRIPTION S-4250 REVISION A, AMENDMENT 3 (OF JUNE 2021)& AMENDMENT 4 (OF JUNE 2023). METER SHALL COMPLY WITH INTEROPERABLE DEVICE INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (IDIS) & DULY CERTIFIED, LAST-GASP FUNCTIONALITY SHALL BE -PROVIDED. METER TO BE SUPPLIED COMPLETELY WITH (2G/3G), (3G/4G) or (2G/4G) AUTO CHANGE COMMUNICATION MODULE AND-BUILT-IN ANTENA, ALL ITEMS SHALL BE PACKED IN ONE CARTON. NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN) MUST BE PRINTED ON EACH -PACKING CARTON. THE METERS SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH METERING POINT LICENSES FROM EWA APPROVED HEAD-END SYSTEM. QTY: 10 EA.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Only offers from approved manufacturers will be evaluated.
2. It is mandatory to state the country of origin of the Item.
3. Meeting specified guarantee period is mandatory (48 months).
4. Non-submission of mandatory documents (Schedule of guarantee dully filled-in and endorsed/stamped by both manufacturer and vendor, Copies of type test certificates/reports, relevant technical drawings, any other documents to support the offer as per EDD Specifications) will retender the offer null and void (rejected).
5. The submission of the sample form is mandatory with the offer. Failure to include it will result in the rejection of the offer except in cases where:
a. the item has been previously supplied to us by the same manufacturer (same model & supplied within the last 5 years) or;
b. a sample has already been submitted for this specific tender.
