Hexagonal bolt and nut as per BS EN 4190:2001,bolt nut and washer all made of stainless steel (SS 316) as per BS -EN ISO 3506-1:2009. Each bolt to be provided with a nut and two washers,washer will be as per BS 4320. Bolt, nut -and-washers shall be suitable to use with ductile iron flanges and nominal working pressure(PN) 16 Bar, size and --length M 20 X 85 mm. Manufacturer, size and grade identification marking shall be embossed on the top of the head--of bolts, each bolt and nut with two washers shall be supplied assembled together.-Item used for fittings size range (100mm,150mm, 200mm) (QTY:40000EA).

2. Meeting specified guarantee period is mandatory (12 months).
3. Non-submission of mandatory documents (drawings/catalogue) will retender the offer null and void (rejected).
4. The submission of the sample form is mandatory with the offer. Failure to include it will result in the rejection of the offer except in cases where:
A. the item has been previously supplied to us by the same vendor (same model & supplied within the last 5 years) or;
B. a sample has already been submitted for this specific tender
