Tenderers intending to participate in this tender shall be Consulting Engineer offices registered with Valid CRPEP under Category A. Also, registered Tenderers under CRPEP Category A who fulfilled below inquires:
1. The Tenderer to provide evidence to prove that his firm has an established local design office in Bahrain able to provide services under this contract. The tenderer to provide a copy of the following:
· Pictures of office facilities,
· Local address, and
· Recent EWA and telecommunication bills.
2. The Tenderer to provide proofs on his ability to carry out Design Roads and Storm works:
Undertaken (or) successfully completed, in the last 10 years at least three (3) projects of in conducting design for Roads & Storm Drainage with client certificate
3. Average annual turnover of the applicant must be at least USD 3 Million in the past 5 years. Audited financial reports for the past 5 years along with certificates from statutory auditors to support the evaluation of financial strength of the firms.

أيضًا، الشركات الاستشارية الحاصلة على ترخيص A والتي تستوفي المتطلبات الإلزامية المذكورة أدناه:
1- يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم ما يثبت بأن الشركة لديها مكتب تصميم محلي قادرة على تقديم الخدمات بموجب هذا العقد. وبالتالي، على مقدم العطاء تقديم ما يلي:
· صور للمرافق المكتبية
· العنوان المحلي
· فواتير هيئة الكهرباء والماء والاتصالات
2- على مقدم العطاء تقديم ما يثبت انه قادر على تصميم مشاريع تصميم الطرق و شبكة مياه الأمطار.
· إتمام ثلاث بنجاح لمشاريع الطرق و شبكة مياه الأمطار مع شهادة إتمام من قبل العميل.
3- يجب أن يكون متوسط حجم التداول السنوي لمقدم الطلب 3 ملايين دولار أمريكي على الأقل في السنوات الخمس الماضية. التقارير المالية المدققة للسنوات الخمس الماضية إلى جانب شهادات من مدققي الحسابات القانونيين لدعم تقييم القوة المالية للشركات يجب تسليمها. ,
The Retained Consultant will be appointed for 3 years to undertake various road design projects consisted of construction of new roads, reconstruction of old roads, block paved footpaths, block paved internal roads, construction of parking areas, storm drainage, street lighting, utility coordination and preparation of tender documents.
