يشار إلى الأعمال أنها تعود إلى صيانة وتشغيل أربع مواقع (ممشى جسر سترة، الساحل الشرقي، كورنيش الملك فيصل و حديقة السلمانية و توفير أعمال صيانة ل 44 موقع آخر حسب الحاجة و الطلب و التي تقع في نطاق أمانة العاصمة. إجراء أعمال الصيانة سيكون لمدة أربع سنوات ، حسب المواصفات والإجراءات وجميع المتطلبات وفقاً لوثائق المناقصة، وتشمل على صيانة المسطحات الخضراء وأنظمة الري والأشجار والمضخات وملحقات الحديقة وصيانة دورات المياه. ,All maintenance works are required be done for main four locations: Sitra Walkway, Marina Beach, king Faisal Cournich and Salmania Park and 44 other parks when requested and needed as per the given specification, procedure, and all requirements in accordance with Tender Documents. It Includes but not limited to maintenance of soft landscape works, irrigation system, hardscape, pumps toilet maintenance, and general cleaning of garden premises and garden contents.
