The purpose of this tender is to receive a competitive bid for the supply and installation of new AC Units in four different buildings at Riffa power station as per the tender documents and scope of work.
الغرض من هذه المناقصة هي الحصول على أفضل عرض لتوريد وتركيب وحدات تكييف جديدة في أربعة مباني مختلفة في محطة الرفاع لإنتاج الكهرباء، وذلك طبقا لمستندات المناقصة ونطاق العمل المرفقة.
Mandatory Requirements
Note: Bidders must abide by all the Mandatory Requirements mentioned in the below list that must be provided in the Air Conditioning Units, and in the event of non-compliance, the bid will be rejected.

2 | The Air-conditioning (A/C) units shall be pre-approved by Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), Kingdom of Bahrain, and should have a minimum of Six (6) stars energy rating (split AC unit EER not less than 11.5) |
3 | Confirm that all the AC units are in compliance with the terms of guarantee mentioned in the specifications |
4 | The Tenderer must provide(highlight) in his tender catalogues showing all technical data, giving full information on the efficiency of the design, performance, capacities, dimensions, materials properties and all other pertinent information of units proposed by him. |
5 | Applicable only to the Riffa Admin Building 1 experience in VRF system projects, providing a list of relevant projects executed for clients along with supporting documents such as the contract or completion certificate. |
