Since its inception, The LaborMarket Regulatory Authority has adopted solid electronic systems, whichrelies on providing its electronic services to the public and its clientsthrough highly complex systems, in addition to its services that are providedthrough an interconnected network of branches distributed geographicallythroughout the governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain. LMRA relies on keeping its clientsalways informed through various kinds of communication channels. Therefore,LMRA invites eligible and qualified vendors to participate in a competitivepublic tender for the provision of Bulk SMS services. The purpose of thistender is to select a reliable and experienced vendor who can meet ourorganization's requirements for efficient and cost-effective communicationsolutions via SMS. High Level Scope of Services: The selected vendor will beresponsible for providing Bulk SMS services to LMRA. The services shouldinclude, but are not limited to, the following: SMS Gateway:Provision of a robust and scalable SMS gateway platform that can handle highvolumes of messages, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Message Management: Auser-friendly web-based interface or application that allows authorized tocompose, schedule, and send SMS messages in bulk to targeted recipients. Theplatform should also support the personalization of messages and the abilityto create contact groups for efficient message distribution. Delivery and Reporting: Accurateand timely delivery of SMS messages to recipients, along with comprehensivedelivery reports and analytics. The vendor should provide detailedinformation on message status, including successful deliveries, failures, andany undelivered messages. Integration: Seamlessintegration of the SMS service with our existing systems or othercommunication tools, to enable automated message triggers and personalizedcommunication. Security and Privacy:Implementation of industry-standard security measures to protect theconfidentiality and integrity of the SMS messages and recipient data.Compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations isessential. Scalability and Support: Theability to handle increased message volumes as our organization grows, withthe provision of technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting servicesas required. |
