No contractual obligationwhatsoever shall arise from this Request for Proposal (RFP) unless and untila formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of GFGand the bidder. To enable us to evaluate yourorganization’s ability to provide the services we invite you to submit awritten proposal that may be followed by a presentation to GFG’s SeniorManagement.
