MYS is in process to publish a tender for the Construction of Calisthenics Park at Malkiya Beach. The Works shall be carried out in accordance with this scope of work and schedule of rate, relevant drawings as attached and in compliance with the site conditions and measurements for including all the following works below:
1. Clearing and removing all the rubbish from the proposed project site. Barricade the site from four sides during the construction stage till the handing over of the project.Remove all the existing structures in the proposed project area as per MYS engineers instructions and hand over to client.
2. Upgrade and level the existing ground by adding desert fill layers as per site condition. All the excavated material should be handed over to the client as per MYS Instructions.
3. Supply and lay 100mm double wash sand, as per the existing site level. As instructed by MYS engineers.
4. Supply and install 350x150mm precast concrete kerb including all civil works. (Around the area)
5. (PROVISIONAL SUM ITEM) Supply and install all calisthenic equipment as per the attached drawings. The work should include all the required ordering and shipping. It should also include all the civil works and finishings works requried (Galvanised Finish) . All finishing works shall be approved by MYS engineers.
6. (PROVISIONAL SUM ITEM) Supply and install steel structure with galvanized paint. Signboard should include all civil works required. Also, it should include all the electrical works and connections required as per the existing site condition. Refer to the attached drawings and MYS engineers instructions. All finishing works shall be approved by MYS engineers.
