Appointment of consultant for Design and Supervision of East Hidd Retail to developed on approximate of SQM 2,200. The land measures approx. 4,180 m2. The project includes supermarket, retail shops, associated services and external works. Mandatory requirements: -
a) Consultants registered with the Committee for the council for regulating the practice of engineering professions under grade A
b) Consultant must have completed minimum one project with a Built-up Area of minimum 2,200 Sqm (design & supervision) within last 5 years
c) Consultant should have professional Indemnity insurance for BD 500,000

تعيين استشاري لتصميم وإشراف مشروع الحد التجاري بمساحة بناء 2,200 متر مربع تقريباً. مساحة أرض الموقع 4,180 متر مربع تقريباً. المتطلبات الالزامية للمناقصة:-
1- يتوجب على المكتب الهندسي الراغب في المشاركة لهذه المناقصة أن يكون مسجل لدى مجلس تنظيم مزاولة المهن الهندسية تحت درجة A
2- يجب أن يكون الاستشاري قد أكمل مشروع واحد على الأقل لا تقل مساحة بناءه 2200 متر مربع خلال الخمس سنوات السابقة
3- يجب أن يكون لدى الاستشاري تأمين المسؤولية المهنية بقيمة 500,000 د.ب.
