نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
يشار إلى الأعمال باسم مجلس استقبال نادي راشد للفروسية و سباقات الخيل والذي يتضمن مبنى المجلس المكون من طابقين، بما في ذلك أعمال البنية التحتية كالحفر والردم والأساسات، وأعمال البناء والتشييد بما في ذلك أعمال الألمنيوم والدرابزين والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والتشطيبات وأعمال الطلاء وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة بها.

متطلبات الزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إعلان الامتثال (Appendix C) وشهادة تحديد السعر المستقل (Appendix D) موقعين ومختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم جدول الرسومات موقع ومختوم (المدرج في القسم 1 من وثائق المناقصة) من قبل الممثل المعتمد للشركة للإقرار بأن عطاءه المقدم يتوافق مع النطاق والمتطلبات وفقاً للرسومات الصادرة في نظام المناقصات الالكتروني بما في ذلك أي تعديلات على الرسومات الصادرة بموجب إضافات العطاء (ان وجدت)
سيؤدي عدم تقديم أي من المستندات المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.

Scope of Works:
The Works shall be referred to as the Rashid Equestrian Horse Racing Club Two Storey Building which comprises of the following Two Storey Majlis Building including substructure and superstructure works, metal works, mechanical electrical and plumbing works, finishes and painting works and all associated works
Contract Period:
Five (5) months for the works
Mandatory requirements:
The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
The Tenderer must submit signed and stamped Schedule of Drawings (included within Section 1 of the Tender Documents) by the Authorized Representative of the Company to declare that his submitted Tender is in accordance with the scope and requirements as per the Drawings issued in the Bahrain Tender Board E-Tendering system including any Drawing amendments issued under Tender Addenda (if any).
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
