Mandatory Requirements: The Bidders shall meet the following mandatoryrequirements to qualify for the technical & financial evaluation: 1. Vendor tocomply with all the requirements as specified in the proposed scope of workin section 3. Appendix 2 (Compliance Matrix) must be filled. 2. Vendor Must be an authorized supportpartner with Huawei Technologies with a valid certification. Certificate must be attachedwith the proposal. 3. Vendor mustattach a warranty certificate from the manufacturer guarantees to cover thewarranty of all the eLTE components specified in appendix 1 for the period ofthe agreement.
