Brief scope in English

Bidder shall provide Accredited First Aid training, CPR and use of automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The course is intended for anyone who has little to no medical experience and needs a certificate of completion for work, regulatory purposes, or simply to be ready for emergencies in any situation.

 يجب على مقدم العرض توفير تدريبات الإسعافات الأولية المعتمدة والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي واستخدام مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (AED) بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وفي الوقت المناسب.

الدورة مخصصة لأي شخص لديه خبرة طبية قليلة أو لا يمتلك الخبرة الطبية ويحتاج إلى شهادة إتمام العمل أو للأغراض التنظيمية أو ببساطة ليكون جاهزًا لحالات الطوارئ في أي موقف.

 BIDDERS QUALIFICATION AND BID EVALUATION CRITERIA

Introduction:

 Bidder interested in tendering for the External Accredited First Aid Training should in the first instance read the Mandatory Criteria below and if they consider they qualify, then continue and complete the tender package. 

 The bidder shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid.

 1.0          MANDATORY CRITERIA 

1.1          The training centre must be approved and accredited by American Heart Association (AHA)         

1.2          Instructor must be qualified and approved by AHA           

1.3          Training materials must be meets ILCOR recommendations         

1.4          Certificate must be accredited by AHA   

1.5          Conducting the courses could be in training centre or Bapco facilities       

1.6          Arabic and English languages for course delivery, training materials and assessment        

 2    Ranking and Selection of the Successful Bidder

 The pricewise lowest bidder among those who meet all the criteria in (1) above, will be selected as the successful bidder (i.e. 100% weighting for the Prices).
