Bahrain Bay Beach Safety & Security Services
BTEA is seeking to appoint highly qualified security & safety service companies to submit proposals for provision of 24/7 bases security & safety services at Bahrain Bay Beach Project as described hereunder in this RFP, Scope of Work.
If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below - it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:
CR Activity/s as per the following or other equivalent activity that matches the scope of work will be acceptable:
- Private Security Activities
Please note that the below-mentioned point is mandatory requirement:
1- The bidder should have experience of beach facilities, within the past 3 years.
2- The bidder should provide an insurance for any security & safety contract within the past 3 years.
3- The bidder should submit a Site Visit Declaration form signed by the client representative as attached in form 3.5 in the Forms and DOA document.
توفير خدمات الأمن والسلامة لمشروع ساحل خليج البحرين
تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض شركات الأمن والسلامة لتقديم عطاءاتها لتوفير خدمات الأمن والسلامة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع في مشروع شاطئ خليج البحرين كما هو موضح أدناه في نطاق العمل.
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تمتلك أحد الانشطة التجارية المدونة ادناه أو ما يعادلها:
- أنشطة الأمن الخاصة
كما على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الإلزامية الآتية:
1. يجب أن يمتلك مقدم العرض خبرة في مرافق الشواطئ المماثلة، خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية.
2. يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم تأمين لأي عقد أمن وسلامة خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية.
3. يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم نموذج إقرار زيارة الموقع موقعاً من قبل ممثل الهيئة كما هو مرفق في النموذج 3.5 في مستند الوثائق ونماذج العقود.
