Bahrain Bay Beach Auction of Plot D Lease
BTEA is seeking to lease plot-D through an auction with a selected and experienced company who will be responsible for operating their allocated plot as well as constructing and providing the necessary facilities for a beach as described hereunder in this RFP, Scope of Work.
Please note that the below mentioned points are mandatory requirements:
A) Mandatory Criteria:
A.1 The bidder should submit a tourism license.
A.2 The Bidder must have 5 years’ previous experience in Beach Management or management of tourism activities.
B) If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below- it will not be considered in this Auction, it be suspended and not evaluated:
CR Activity/s as per the following or other equivalent activity that matches the scope of work will be acceptable, CR Activity/s as per the following:
- Food and beverage service activities
- Activities of head offices or Management Offices

تسعى هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض إلى تأجير قطعة الأرض د لتعيين شركة ذات خبرة وستكون مسؤولة عن تشغيل قطعة الأرض المخصصة لها بالإضافة إلى بناء وتوفير التسهيلات اللازمة للشاطئ كما هو موضح في وثائق المزايدة.
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تمتلك أحد الانشطة التجارية المدونة ادناه أو مايعادلها:
- أنشطة خدمات الأطعمة والمشروبات
- أنشطة المكاتب الرئيسية أو مكاتب الإدارة
كما على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الإلزامية الآتية:
1. يجب أن على مقدم الطلب أن يسلم الرخصة السياحية الخاصة به.
2. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الشواطئ أو إدارة الأنشطة السياحية.
