Brief Scope in English:
Bapco Refining intends to plan a Family Day as a part of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Week, to be held at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC). The Bidder is required to provide and conduct a minimum of 12 various sports activities for kids between 6 to 16 years, construct a stage for the activities, provide staff for the stage including the MC (Master of Ceremony) stage speaker and equipment for constructing and operating the stage, including sound system, lighting etc.

تعتزم شركة بابكو للتكرير بإقامة اليوم العائلي لأسبوع البيئة والصحة والسلامة، والذي سيعقد في حلبة البحرين الدولية. يتوجب على مقدم العرض توفير ما لا يقل عن ١٢ نشاطاً رياضياً متنوعاً للأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ٦ الى ١٦ سنة، وبناء مسرح للأنشطة، وتوفير العمال لإدارة المسرح بما في ذلك عريف الحفل، وتوفير وتشغيل الادوات الازمة لتشغيل المسرح بما في ذلك السماعات وجهاز الصوت، الاضاءة، الخ.
