Sheet Piling and Dewatering Services

TECHNICAL EVALUATION MANDATORY CRITERIA

Note

a              Bidder must pass all the mandatory criteria below to be technically acceptable.

b             Failure of bidder to meet any of the mandatory criteria will result in technical failure and no further evaluation.

c              Bidders must separately submit the required documents for each Pass Fail criteria and clearly name each folder with the corresponding criteria and make reference to the document and page number in the Excel Sheet provided within the Tender Package technical Evaluation Criteria

1.       Bidder shall have at least five 5 years of work experience locally in carrying out Sheet Piling installation and or dewatering within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bidders shall provide a list of past and current service contracts as legitimate proof documentation. And shall also provide proof of ownership for sheet piles.

2.       Bidders subcontractors for Dewatering shall have at least Five 5 years of experience and sound technical knowledge in all aspects of Borehole sample evaluation design of temporary steel structure relevant for sheet piling Waller designs and dealing with Bahrain government entities for dewatering approvals Geotechnical Investigation GPR and Bathymetric surveys.

4.       Submission of last 3 years 2021 2022 2023 audited Financial Statements with clean audit opinion unqualified.

5.       Bidder shall confirm by letter or stamped all tender documents that they fully understand and Comply to all Companys requirements as per the Scope of Work and Compensation without deviations. 

6.       HSE Questionnaire completed with focus on IIR and Severity Rate information for the last 3 years and adequacy of bidder responses to the other questionnaire information requests as per Oil and Gas Industry Standards. Evidence justifications are required for each question.

7.       Shall have Bahrain based facilities and infrastructure comprising office buildings workshops material storage facilities material related works and personnel.
