تعلن هيئة جودة التعليم والتدريب عن طرح المناقصة الدولية العامة التالية:

· فعلى الراغبين في الدخول في هذه المناقصة ممن تتوافر فيهم الكفاءة اللازمة شراء وثائق المناقصة الكترونياً من خلال نظام المناقصات الإلكتروني من موقع مجلس المناقصاتwww.tenderboard.gov.bh اعتبارا من 24 نوفمبر 2021 وذلك ليتسنى لكم الحصول على وثائق المناقصة بعد استيفاء مبلغ المناقصة الغير قابل للترجيع.
· يجب أن يرفق مع العطاء مبلغ الضمان الابتدائي المشار إليه أعلاه أو 1% من قيمة العطاء أيهما أقل )وفي جميع الأحوال يجب أن لا تقل قيمة الضمان الابتدائي عن 100 دينار بحريني( وذلك في شيك مصدق أو خطاب ضمان مصدق أو بوليصة تأمين من احدى المؤسسات المالية المحلية أو تحويل بنكي على أن يكون هذا الضمان ساري المفعول طوال مدة سريان العطاء المنصوص عليها في وثائق المناقصة.

· تودع العطاءات الكترونياً . ويودع الضمان الابتدائي (النسخة الأصلية) في الصندوق المخصص لذلك بمكاتب هيئة جودة التعليم والتدريب على العنوان التالي: دوحة بلازا 1 ، مبنى 2334، طريق 2830، مجمع 428، ضاحية السيف، مملكة البحرين .
· تخضع هذه المناقصات لأحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم (36) لسنة 2002 بشأن تنظيم المناقصات والمزايدات والمشتريات والمبيعات الحكومية ولائحته التنفيذية الصادرة بالمرسوم رقم (37) لسنة 2002.
· كما يجب مراعاة الشروط التالية:
1. أن ترفق نسخة من شهادة السجل التجاري على أن تكون مشتملة على نشاط موضوع المناقصة.
2. أن ترفق شهادة صالحة لإثبات نسبة البحرنة صادرة من وزارة العمل (في حالة العمل في مملكة البحرين)
3. ضرورة ختم جميع المستندات المقدمة ضمن العطاءات بخاتم الشركة أو.المؤسسة أو الجهة مقدمة العطاء.
· يعتبر هذا الإعلان مكملا لوثائق المناقصة.

· Those who are Capable and want to participate in the above tender, are kindly requested to purchase the tender documents online by visiting the Tender Board site www.tenderboard.gov.bh tender documents can be downloaded from 24 November 2021.

· The Initial Bond value shall be 1% of the financial proposal or BD 1000/- whichever is lower and, in any case, should not be less than BD 100/-.
The initial bond should be in the form of a certified cheque from an approved local bank in favor of the Ministry; or a bank guarantee from an approved local bank; or an insurance company guarantee from an approved local insurance company; or Wire transfer (in
accordance with Circular (5) for 2020) Uncertified cheques are not acceptable”. The Initial Bond shall be valid for the same period as the tender validity.

· Offers should be submitted electronically. The original initial bond (hard copy) should be submitted to BQA Office: Doha plaza 1 Building 2334, Road 2830, Block 428 Seef, Kingdom of Bahrain
· This tender should comply to the provisions of the General Tenders Regulations, no. (36) for the year 2002, and it’s executive Regulations No. (37) for the year 2002.
· The following conditions shall be complied with:
1. Enclose copy of the Commercial Registration Bill, for the current year, and has to be included/matched with the tender subjects.
2. Enclose a certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower issued by the Ministry of Labor (in case of operating in Bahrain).
3. All tender documents which has been submitted with the offers should be stamped with the companies Stamp.
