The Bidder shall fulfil the following mandatory qualifications. In case any Bidder fails to meet any one of the following mandatory qualifications, it shall be disqualified from the tender process and their bid will not be evaluated any further.
The bidder must have a Commercial Registration with the appropriate activity to provide consultancy services.
a. The bidder must have more than 5 years of experience in the consultancy field.
b. The bidder shall provide a subject matter expert in the hospitality industry and it is required to be clearly stated in the proposed team members when submitting the proposal.
In case the Bidder does not meet any of the above requirements, the Bidder will be disqualified

يجب أن يستوفي مقدم العطاء المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية. في حالة فشل أي مقدم عطاء في تلبية أي من المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية ، استبعاده من عملية المناقصة ولن يتم تقييم عرضه بعد ذلك.
يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء سجل تجاري مع النشاط المناسب لتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية.
يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الاستشارات.
b. يجب على مقدم العطاء توفير خبير موضوعي في صناعة الضيافة ويشترط أن يذكر بوضوح في أعضاء الفريق المقترحين عند تقديم الاقتراح.
في حالة عدم استيفاء مقدم العطاء لأي من المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه ، سيتم استبعاد مقدم العطاء.
