The works include ‘preventive building maintenance works including maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing equipment’s and minor civil maintenance’ for United Nations Building No.2, Hoora. The contract duration is 4 years. The aim of this Maintenance Contract is to provide preventive maintenance as well as breakdown maintenance services to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the above-mentioned buildings.
وصف العمل يشتمل على أعمال “الصيانة الوقائية بما فيها الأعمال الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، السباكة وبعض الأعمال المدنية البسيطة لمبنى الأمم المتحدة (مبنى رقم 2) . مدة العقد 4 سنوات. الهدف من عقد الصيانة هو توفير الصيانة الوقائية وخدمات صيانة الأعطال لضمان التشغيل السلس والفعال للمبنى المذكور أعلاه.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. The bidder is required to do the following to be considered as fully compliant otherwise their tender will not consider for Technical & Financial Evaluation:

· Sign and stamp for Appendix C (Declaration of Compliance),
· Sign and stamp for Appendix D (Certificate of Independent Price Determination)
· Sign and stamp for Appendix E (Site Inspection Declaration)
· Sign and stamp for Form of Tender
· without any conditions / reservations / qualifications in the Tender
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid
